Liberals rage across the U.S. under the #NotMyPresident hashtag.

Less than 24 hours after the majority of American voters elected Donald Trump to become the next President of the United States, the liberal protest organization called MoveOn.org organized protests across the U.S. on Wednesday.
As if on cue, thousands filled the streets of New York, Chicago, Philadephia, Seattle and several other cities to protest Trump’s election.

While most of the protests were peaceful, some were not.
There were several incidences of protesters burning the American flag and smashing windows, as well as blocking traffic and dozens were arrested.
In Omaha, police used pepper spray to disperse protesters.

In coverage of the protests, CNN captured one individual who seemed to advocate violence.
“If we don’t fight, who is going to fight for us? People had to die for your freedom where we’re at today,” the protester told CNN. “We can’t just do rallies, we have to fight back. There will be casualties on both sides. There will be, because people have to die to make a change in this world”
