A socialist journalist from Britain takes a shot at the President elect.

Although America has shed the official meddling from the British long ago, there are some Brits who cannot stop themselves from trying to interfere with America’s political processes.
As anti-Trump protests continued to rage across the U.S., on Tuesday, Owen Jones, a young socialist writer for the UK’s Guardian, opined on the election of President-elect Donald Trump and urged Democrats and protesters in the U.S. to obstruct and engage in civil disobedience to “resist” Donald Trump’s presidency.

“Democrats should filibuster and obstruct,” wrote Jones, “using the same tactics Republicans have deployed against Democrats. Protesters should mobilise in every town and city. Civil disobedience should be employed where necessary.”
“Don’t just do it for yourself, America,” Jones concluded. “The fate of the rest of the world will be determined by your choices.”
Don't normalise or legitimise Donald Trump. Prepare to fight him, for America and for the world. My piece: https://t.co/9OtlMWJ4Dk pic.twitter.com/sfFWxGIKMF

Owens, who expressed dismay at a post-Brexit “wave of right-wing authoritarian populism” in Britain, has previously opined about Donald Trump.
Prior to the election, Jones posted a video on his YouTube channel calling Donald Trump a “Frankenstein’s monster” that was created by America’s “elite.”
While the majority of Owens’ ire was directed at Trump, he also reserved some of his disdain for then-Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton as well.
